Production is under way to fabricate a replacement furnace top hat for an established Bricesco customer in the UK. The fully welded mild steel structure is to be lined with body soluble fibre 225mm thick at a density of 190k prior to delivery to site. The structure will be preassembled and lined structure at Bricesco premises before being delivered to site in two halves ensuring least disruption to the customers production by minimum site time

Having remained open at 100% capacity throughout 2020, during which time the company renewed its ISO9001:2015 and CE EN1090 Factory Production for Structural Steelwork accreditations, the continued efforts of the production team ensured that a nine month seven phase defence contract for the supply of high quality aluminium fabrications ( completed with coded welding qualifications ) was completed on time which has subsequently resulted in repeat contracts for 2021.
A great example of qualified production engineers delivering a quality on time product being a company’s best sales person.

A successful week at Bricesco as 8m long wire annealing furnace achieves 4 zone temperature distribution of +/- 1 deg C at the first time of asking during pre-delivery testing.
The 155KW rated thyristor controlled furnace has been designed, constructed, wired and fully tested to its operating temperature of 1000 deg C at our premises prior to delivery.

W2E Sector Thermal Oxidiser Cooling Tower under Fabrication / Refractory Lining at Bricesco premises.
The 6m x 2.5m diameter 1100 deg C rated cooling tower is supported by a 15 tonne steel framed tower fabricated to EN1090 Exc 2 c/w access flooring, handrail and ladders.

Rafal Wodzinski has joined the team as Design Engineer on a permanent basis following a successful period working with us as a contractor, whilst Paul Terry has commenced his employment as Buyer.
Rafal has a wealth of 3D design / modelling proficiency, not only in all aspects of mechanical engineering, but also with specific experience that will further enhance our Kiln and Furnace capabilities. In addition Rafal will be instrumental to our Bespoke Engineering capacity which is a key service offered by Bricesco whereby engineering solutions can be designed through to in house manufacture and install, or, customer concept designs developed through to proven projects.
Paul will be working alongside our production team where he brings much valued workshop and site experience to not only streamline our procurement activities but enhance our manufacture planning processes, site delivery schedules and site project management. With established contacts across market sectors Paul also looks forward to assisting the company expand its customer working partnerships for further repeat business realised from quality on time performance.
